If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair Refund and Returns Policy. This policy explains the procedures for returning items, requesting refunds, and exchanging products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in the original state, including all accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items received with the product.

Certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged during shipment.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Product: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected for transit. Send the product back to the address provided along with your RA number.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item:
